Mine was the old one. I filed on Nov 18 and it was received on Nov 19. I checked then and it wasn't updated yet.

Thank you all for your response

I just called Canada post and the representative that I spoke with said my parcel is at Canada post and they are waiting for somebody from the Case Processing office to pick it up. Sounds weird to me, but he explains that it is an agreement between Canada post and government offices, universities, and hospitals, that they should have somebody to pick up their mails as it comes in big volume everyday.

I hope my application is not lost, and it will received by Case processing today.

It was updated November 29th or 30th so pretty much everyone in here would have used the old form.

I am stressed and I am not even allowed to :-( I called the canada post twice and nothing happened. They asked me to call CPC-M which I did and had no luck.

Can somebody tell me not to stress, that this is normal, that CPC-M is sorting out the mails that they received in bulk which is causing the delay. OMG.....I can't believe this is happening.

I wouldn't worry. From what I understand CPC has a large volume of applications they receive, it's quite likely your package is sitting in their mail room waiting to be looked at. Just relax, it'll work out

By the way, I am 2 months pregnant and we did mention it on our '' proof of genuine and continuing relationship'', is there additional form to fill out to mention my pregnancy? this is our first baby.

Hi there

I am from the October 2015 thread and when I received my AOR on December 5th, 2015 the email they sent me provided my UCI number which states if there are any changes to your situation/file please inform CiC in writing using your UCI number indicated in your updated/revised document (s).

So pretty much I would think once you receive that number you can let them now - that number indentifies your application (if your the sponsor) and the sponsored person will also get their own UCI number too

This is what I found on CIC website.

How can I check if my application has been received?

If you mailed your application to CIC, you may wish to use a courier service that requires a signature when delivered, gives you a delivery confirmation and/or allows you to track your package. Please note that there may be a delay between the date CIC physically receives your application and the date it is opened. CIC cannot confirm that your application package has been received until it has been opened in our offices.

I use Xpresspost that requires signature once delivered, the representative from Canada Post said it is already at CPC-M, my question now is, if it has been delivered then why the status of my package didn't show '' delivered'' with a signature of whoever receives my package.
