Ok so im not alone!.. I never received a AOR 2 but i check on ECAS my status and it shows my assigned VO Mexico just started processing my file on April 25th....still waiting now.

Sept.17,2015 - Received application (sponsor & permanent residence) ; Medical result of my husband was received during this time also.
Nov. 05, 2015 - Started processing (sponsor)
Nov.27,2015 - application approved (sponsor)
Dec.08,2015 - They started my husbands application in Manila

And up to this time, I haven't heard anything from immigration... Does anybody here have the same situation as I have? your response will be much appreciated. thank you very much...

Considering you're in the November thread, no one will be in the same situation.

That said, as far as I'm aware there has not been any PPR's for any Manila applicants beyond August. You can try checking both Manila threads and the September thread.

I received my GCMS Notes today. Can anyone elaborate the following please:

Eligibility:
Status: Recommended Passed
Status Update Date: 2016/02/19

Criminality and Security: NOT STARTED
MEDICAL : PASSED

I see in notes: RECOMMEND WAV. Does it mean Interview waived? Also the office mentioned a document outstanding, is that something they might ask later. Actually he made a mistake thinking its a translated doc, but it is the original document. Can they put Status: Recommended Passed with any docs outstanding?

Hi, All.

I just wanted to share my great news with every1 that on May 6, 2016, my wife received her passport back with the visa.
Finally the wait is over... I hope & pray that the rest of you guys get processed ASAP as well; at least all the straight forward cases like ours was.

Here's My Timeline:
App Filed: Nov 16, 2015
AOR1: Jan 12, 2016
SA: Jan 19, 2016
AOR2: Feb 1, 2016
DM: Apr 29, 2016
PPR Request: May 2, 2016
PPR Received With Visa: May 6, 2016
