Hi gladaki,

Do you have your spouse also on your file? I just wanted to check how can we do upfront medicals for Spouse.
Do we just enter our UCI on his/her form as well or it should be their own UCI?

Thanks in advance.

I also want to know about same upfront medical for dependent.

Hello Group,
Could anyone share the link for requesting the GCMS notes. Do also let me know if we have to upload any documents for requesting the GCMS?

If you are going for upfront medicals then you will get UMI number for you and your spouse with the information sheet which you have to send to CIC.

exactly ..But, I think they upload it and their software matches passport numbers. Not every one send UMI

So how do we know if we should go for upfront medicals? I know we can, but I mean is there any sign that we would get them anyways so it is better to do them upfront?

I posted my GCMS notes above which are a little promising but then again, those Recommend Pass and Requirements met were most likely entered at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, which does not make me happy at all. It is pleasant to have those, but when VO starts reviewing my eligibility he/she might think otherwise...

So are upfront medicals pure risk? I don't have all the money in the world to spend almost a thousand for me and my husband and then get denied.

If anyone has any strategy for me I would really appreciate it!

any bright ideas folks..

whats the consequences of the application for a couple if the major applicant decided to drop his/her spouse on the application..?? status for the application is waiting for MR.. reason (personal). can he/she send a petition letter? whats the percentage that it will be granted? thanks

Yes, upfront medicals are pure risk. If the money for the medicals is too much for you, wait until you get the request from CIC. It's your choice.
