Any view in below statement
As everyone know from Nov 09,2013 they change rules for cec PR application they must required ielts certificate with application with require score so is from Nov 09 process going fast? And one more they give applicant chance to explaine work experience situation so my question is benefited in processing fast or not?

Language test results must be present in submission package for a while, if I remember correctly. So nothing was changed in November that might speed up the process, I think.

As new rules they check iielts score before issuing file number that make may be fast.

Any November applicant got gcms yet, I applied on 24 feb so waiting to see one..
I see November some people who applied for gcms saw some comments from CIO office..about eligibility.
So should I expect some comments on gcms for applicants after 8 nov

I applied for mine on 14th Feb, received the notes on March 14. Nothing is started except Criminality (which was started the same day I received my AOR). Under RCMP Screening, I see "No reportable trace", I guess i wouldn't be getting RCMP request. Nothing notable otherwise.

Yes if your name is very common then some time u get RCMP..and yeah I agree with you that nov people will start medicals in April last week. It's hard to get medicals date, so going upfront medicals is a good idea..I need to apply for my BOWP on May 29th, I wish I can save those $$$

Gladaki so ur WP expire on September 29 isn't? U gonna apply online or paper, I might be same date u, mine expired sept 30.

online is always better than paper...I see ur date is 30 sept..
I am sure you will get PPR by then..usual trend of PPR is 20 days to 1-2 months..
