Mine e-cas was updeted on 26 of june, and my file was received on 10 dec 2010, so far i got nothing. Wat do you thing should i email buffalo. I am little bit worried.

Hi Mahesari:
I think your AOR is already dispatched and is sitting on the backlog of canada post due to earlier strike. I was told that my AOR has been dispatched on July 07,2011. So again, they gave me my file number via email; but I cannot see any file number information on e-cas. All I can say is be patient; you can fire up a quick email to buffalo. They usually reply within 24-48 hours; but they only reply if they feel like. I know for fact that they have not replied to many of my friends. Just keep in touch on this board; I have an AOR coming soon and I will post as soon I see something. Let me know if you recieve anything from your side.

Has anyone else been asked for fingerprints to be done by the RCMP? I just got a email asking me to do this, I already received police checks etc from Australia and it does say in the information that we did not have to get checks from canada as they would be doing that? so why more fingerprinting?????


But at least i finally heard something yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Immigration said that a letter has been dispatched to me on july 07th, 2011; could that be my medicals? I am hearing from alot of people this days that they are getting medicals and AOR in one letter; is that how you got it too?
Please let me know. If thats the case, then I think for a Jan 2011 applicant I will be getting it quicker then normanl.

1. Did you get your AOR and medicals in one mail or seperate mails?
2. When you say you can check you e-CAS, does it say you are in medical stage or all it says is " your file was recieved on XXXX"?
3. They told me that they have dispatched a correspondance to me dated july 7th ,2011, does that mean it all coming togeather ? ie. AOR and Medicals.
4. Would you even mind telling me the date you have on your correspondance? and when was your file recieved and when did you get access to e- CAS?

I wish they should'nt have told me that they have dispatched a correspondance, it is making me excited after hearing you got medicals! I hope for the best for myself and others on the board; we all share a similar timeline.

Yes i think you will get them together.

My package was stuck in canada post strike probably you will get it in a week. keep you fingers crossed.

I got my AOR and medical together on 11 july and i have done today. i checked online my file states by file number and it showing only that your file received on 23 december .

My wife and my sun living in india .Buffalo send me their medical too. i mailed it to my home address for their medical done. i hope you will get it soon. thank you guys.

Congrats and thanks for sharing the info. So, you received MED REQ for you and your family here in Canada and you mailed it to India. After they are done, are they going to mail back to you or will the designated doctors over in India send the results by themselves? Is something written in your package regarding this?

Congrats Sukhdeep!

I have heared that the 2nd half of the proces has improved alot lately. People are getting their Passports stamped in 3-4 months after medicals, compared to 6-7 months just a few months ago. Wish you good luck.

Actually I have a immigration consultant. i didn't read all instruction, i am sorry. the designated doctors in India will send the results by themselves to cic same as here.

medicals issued on: july. 11, 2011

I know many on this board are very close to my filing date, I hope everyone on this board will have their heads up and should be expecting medicals soon.
