how often they transfer files to local counselate.. I mean I am assuming very minute percentage are sent to local counselate.. and majority are done by Buffalo itself... Any idea based on what criteria they sent to local counselate... or they randomly sent to local counelate..?
I am assuming senting to local counselate means more and more delay. is that right??

I DONT KNOW RIGHT NOW ON THIS TIMELINE. BUT 4-6 MONTHS AGO, BUFFALO WAS SO BACKED UP WITH FILES THAT ALL MY FRIENDS FILES WERE TRANSFERED TO DETROIT & LOS ANGELAS...ITS ACTUALLY A GOOD SIGN WHEN THEY TRANSFER FILES TO LOCAL OFICES. SO I CANNOT TELL YOU PERCENTAGE WISE...BUT ALOT OF CASES ARE BEEN TRANSFERED TO LOCAL OFFIES.

I did my medicals on July 29th.

still nothing..
emailed twice, same reply both times, saying that my medicals havent been sent and they cant tell me when my film is going to be checked.
i guess its becasue i changed jobs and address?
