I'm preparing my application for 0111, only waiting for the ICAS report now.
And that is also my question: everybody here is talking about WES reports. Will ICAS report be okay for CIC?

ICAS will suffice as well. They are one of the bodies empowered to evaluate credentials for cic just like WES.

Hello Mrs. M, from cic's website update today, NOC 1111 has 95 applications while noc 1212 has just 19. Going by the fact that cic is still assessing May 2014 applications, I'd suggest you go with NOC 1212. So long as you have the experience and can get the necessary documents to back it up. Please do make up your mind on time and send in your application asap. All the best.

Hi,

It is my 7th week at ICAS, still queued. When I sent them my docs, they said it would take 6-8 week to assess it. After one or two weeks it turned to 10 weeks. Now, for those who are sending their applications these days, it will be 15 weeks... I know, it is horrible.

Why choosing them... Honestly, I didn't think of choosing someone else. I just picked the first institute from the list of CIC; I thought the first one they mention is maybe the best one. Never considered WES.

I really don't understand, how can be such a big difference in the time of assessment at these two institutes.

My employer doesn't give business cards and most of the people here doesn't have one. Would the letterhead suffice? There is a contact number and email address included in the COE where they can verify if they want to.

One of my employer also doesn't on go indicate my compensation... I don't have payslips to back it up as I was employer there past 2 years already... : ( lost the job offer letter as well...
