Why can't you be half what NDVO is? Or 3/4 of Manila?
Why can't you process applications like other VOs are doing?

@ momoh kindly tell me how to apply for CAIPS, Thanks

Chinny09 dearie,

I don't think you have too much to worry about if you are already in process, because the PER is done before they start processing. Sometimes, it is up to the visa officer or the officer processing to continue with your application even if you do not meet the 67 points minimum in so far they reckon that your work experience is enough to get you going in Canada. I would advise that you send your masters degree transcripts and notarized certificate to Accra, that is a definite change, and if you reckon taking the isles again will up your points then pls do. But if honestly if you have gone to in process they have started processing then it means you have scaled the PER.

Takia

It might be true that processing is on hold or they might just be waiting for new Ministerial Instruction, who knows.
Let it just be mere speculations.I pray o o o o o o o

how can they put processing on hold when mi2 ,3 and 4 are waiting . I just pray is not true oooooooooooo

I don't think they have any office in Lagos. It's just my thought - they might actually do have an office in Lagos but not that i am aware of.
IOM have office in lagos check this link http://www.undp.lt/uploads/_praktika/partneriu/afr/Orientation%20Booklet_IOM%20Nigeria%20.pdf

Every time i wrote "HMM ACCRA" is because i read other threads, i got LOA in oct. 21, 2011.
