We r Feb 9 applicant..bt no remedical request till now...as per notes interview waived ..crim chk pending...file location is registry...pls do rply

I applied on Jan 22nd hvnt got yet. Filed complain they replied me right away saying they put my request on priority and still I am waiting since 3 days after that lol

My MP got the email reply from cic and they said that my husbands file is still in process and because he has an interviewed requested he does not count for the 17 months. so basically if we have interviews it will take long. I got my notes and I was wondering if you knew what "undertaking months=36" mean? other then that I am gona try one more time with my doctors note, if they don't fasten the process then I will return to Canada on april and see what legal steps I can take there.

guys my husband has 3-4 travel history to London. does that affect our application negatively? also if he applies for TRV to Canada will it get refused because of travel history?

travel history rather helps when it comes to TRV
i am recommended for an interview and i have a very long travel history but still they issued me a multiple entry TRV till 2022

what matters is your husband must have a stable job with six months pay slip ,salary certificate to support those play slips strong covering letter if you need help you can inbox me

undertaking months remains 36 months for everyone
you must check for the due date in your notes that is the date they will most probably open your file your file probably is in background and criminal checks no wonder its in Registry

I actually dnt know wat it means. But i do know almost evrybdy who gets notes has seen this mostly.

And hopefully we still get smthn in coming week as they were doing july 2014 applicnts intrviews scheduling. Just tht they slowed down.
Lets stay positive and hope good news next week. Dnt loose hope. U never know.may b u will bring ur husband with u in april

guys stop worrying about undertaking months.. Undertaking months is for your sponsor. meaning, how many months he is supposed to support you after you get your PR card. Has nothing to do with processing times, so relax. TBH at this point, we can't do anything to speed up our file processing times looks like.

Until the whole syrian refugee crisis doesn't settle, our files won't get priority. This is the true face of our system. Screw over the citizen of its country to impress others.

If u ordered 2nd pair of notes yesterday so when you are expected to get the notes I have ordered my notes on 25 Jan and got it on 25 Feb night so can order my 2nd pair of notes or wait for some time

In my notes paper file location says registry updated date 23 Sep 2015 and due date says 11 Nov 2015 so according to this how much I have to wait for DM and PPR

Very sad to see the pace of the working of CIC and NDVO both. Are all the remaining 2014 cases having red flags ?? Why are they so much delayed ?? Does everyone have a red flag ?? Also listening to people they say that if the princiPal applicant is a male then it takes time. How much of it is true?? Please share your views ?

No red flags here. Im a male applicant but i know 3 other cases from sept and oct 2014 with male applicants whos cases were granted n received visas back in november 2015.
