Tracker -mostly gets updated first that your oath is scheduled on X date; and then you wait for one week prior to that X date to receive email with instructions. That being said, it is not a rule. Sometimes people finds email without any update on tracker too

What the agent told you is final. If you are scheduled, you are scheduled. I hope you asked for the oath date. Wait until you have about 7-8 days left. But keep sat and sun in mind and start calling them, emailing them and sending them webform if you have less then 7 days for your oath

Have you tried ordering GCMS notes? If I were you, I would have done it. Because even if that doesn't do anything it will surely not hurt
