Your file is following the exact same pattern as ours. The wording was different, but it said something similar.

Your re-medicals request has DEFINITELY been issued, or at least, they THINK it was.

You need to triple and quadruple check your email. Check both the sponsor and applicants email. Check every email account that you have. Check every folder.

If you don't find it, call your MP IMMEDIATELY. Stress to them that you have a copy of the file, and that NDVO thinks it's been sent. Send an email to delhi-mc@international.gc.ca, as well as delhi@international.gc.ca, and delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. The Mc one is important, that is the medical department.

Make sure you stress that you have a copy of the file, and mention that you received it via an Access to Information Request. Put URGENT in the subject line, in all caps.

If you're lucky, the medical department will reply you within 2 days. They replied to me the same day, when I asked if they received our remedial results. But you may be in for a 30 to 60 days wait. Don't let your MP slack off. They will NOT look at your file again until they get those results. Heck, they have our results, and they STILL haven't done anything.

My wife is on TRV in toronto. Can anyone suggest me some physician who is able to this re-assessment.

Because i've called couple of physicians and they said they do not do it.

Any info will help.

If u got reassessment request for chest X-ray so u have to go back to u r physician where previously u have done the medical hope it will help

Thank you, But she was in India when she 1st did her medicals. Now she is in Canada. The physicians i've called are saying they do not do re-assessment or suggesting i've to do complete medicals again.

If you have got reassessment request for chest X-ray then you have to do it with previous physician if u got full remedical request then u can do it from any panel physician u can contact with u previous physician u can get a list from cic website

It has been more than 30 days I have applied notes,havnt received anything yet?? Now there is delay in notes too don't know wat these guys r upto

when did u apply? the last time i ordered notes, i got them after 35 days

Wish we were so lucky. I think you've read the story about our file before, but we had a 3 month delay because the re-meds email was never sent in September when the notes said it was.

Its been two months since the meds were received by CIC, and updated, but still nothing.

I really think that our file has been completely forgotten about. Our MP hasn't been much help...hence why I've turned to McCallum and Trudeau.

Did you contact Trudeau or McCallum?? I been so angry cause still waiting to!! Our notes say interview required and still waiting!! Just watching all 2015 get theyre visas!!!!! Good for them but what about us!!!!! Why we do not matter to Government???

Hello guys..I am a feb 2015 applicant I got an email today regarding my interview.I have few queries:
Do I have to show my indian PCC again as I have already submitted in oct 2015?
Can i show my proof of funds in indian currency?

why are you on this forum?? you applied in 2015... already have interview... we 2014 applicants still waiting for interview dates.. ask your question to 2015 forum ... stop aggravating 2014 applicants...

I have applied Notes , and below is the remark upadted on 18th Nov 2015 .
" Docs on the file is reviewed . Sponsors info including employment letter reviewed . Interviewed to be scheduled "

what does is mean ? are they interview me or my wife ?

nothing. i have no clue what the heck they are doing with our files. i m so frustrated. n ya my husband is in india
