I think any translator can do it, it just has to also be notarized that the translation is correct by a lawyer, magistrate, etc.

Thanks for ur reply, But the official website says that they will not consider any translator which is not in their panel. Anyways i browsed that site but could not find any translator for Hindi to English.

According to my lawyer..If you have not submitted those docs..you have to courier them via Dhl at the address on the bottom of the letter which is the NDVO address..do not send them to the Mississauga address..that office has nothing to do with the bacground checks of the applicant..they only deal with the individual who initiated the sponsor and not the applicant

Thats confusing!!!
My application was filed on 3rd DEC. the ones who filed it on 06th, 09th, 04th or even 03rd have got their medical updated on ecas where as mine is still application received. Why are these guys so random?

Dont worry, its normal if your ecas doesnt show like that. Some of members also got same as you and sometimes they update medicals on ecas before it changes to IP.

4. if getting medicals upfront before you submit visa app where do you get Medical forms from for DMP ?

Better to pay all the amount at one time, we paid with credit card because its faster, you can pay as bank draft/cheque from bank but its longer to process and you don't know if they received it or not. Online, you get a receipt that you can print and fill out and put it with your application. He will put his forms and your forms together and mail it to CIC-M who will check to make sure all forms are completed and then transfer it to New Delhi

2. Can my husband pay for me online on CIC website & I apply for application here in India
It doesnt matter who pays as long as CIC gets paid, so you or yous husband can pay. Your husband is the sponsor so all the forms are submitted by him to CIC-M. You will have to post your forms to him for that.

3. is it recommended to get Medicals done upfront
Yes, better to do medicals just before you submit you application. And then you can attach the e-medical record to you application as it will not delay the process. New Delhi consulate sometimes misses that you medicals haven't been done and they can mess up your application

You don't need the form. The doctor registered with CIC who does your medicals will give you the form after your medicals are done and you can attach it to you application

Hey guys...today im feeling really down and sad and i hope the news that I heard today is not true....
My MP in Mississauga return my call from couple weeks ago and i asked him basic questions like since im an Afghan applicant and i applied in September 2013 and at that time my file was sent to Islamabad visa office and in Jan 2014 it got transferred to NDVO, so i asked him if Delhi processing times (12 months) would apply to my case or Islamabads....he very coldly and vaguely said that
The timeline of Islamabad would apply (32 months) i was shocked to hear that and didnt even bother asking him other questions cuz my mood went off and didnt wanted to talk cuz that was ridiculous and i hope its not true...he seemed like he wasnt sure either, he just bs there....

Your MP must be out of his f***in mind, I spoke to my MP , last week he told me New Delhi processing times applies to you, why would they bother sending it to new delhi if 32month processing time applies? they could just leave it there in Islamabad.. So DW about what MP say..

Thats not true...the Mississauga office also forwards it for you. But, you have to send it to a specific address which is the one posted below...only if you send it to this address along with the letter you received so they have your file number they can forward it for you. I called them and asked and they are the ones who provided me with this information.

Oh k you wont get another AOR but they will update your ecas (application received). You will get PPR from NDVO in a month and half.
