Sure, will do that. Hopefully, I will get some news in March. Good luck to you too.Mam6 said:Similar to your case desigirl my passport was also sent to New Delhi visa office in sept 2013.......still anxious and waiting!!!let me knw when u receive your visa
Hi, for the 2014 batch, it takes a month for NDVO to email you their acknowledgement of receipt. Then in another month they will send you Passport request. Calling for passport does not mean that your visa is approved. NDVO likes to hang on to it even before they open your file. They open to review your file 6-12 months after they get your file. Good luck with your application.aki said:Hi Team, applied on the 27th of January, 2014

Most welcome we all did Medicals n paid the fees before hand but unfortunately the strike has delayed everything n they still working on back log from 2012 files onwards n processing time for ndvo has gone to 12 months so u can expect your visa from 230 - 270 that's the average days if all is fine no ADR no interviews hope this helps good luck dearaki said:@ DNP2213 - Yes I got an email from CIC stating that I have been approved to sponsor my wife and that it has been forwarded to New Delhi for processing!
@ Myrah7.. thanks for your wishes! 1-6 weeks!! That's fast! Well since the strike lasted all of 2013, I'm pretty sure it might get back to regular SLA now! We have already completed the medicals before and paid full fees! Hopefully, that should speed up the processing!
we didn't write any thing on our pics ..but we submitted all pre marriage and all rituals pics and now I am afraid what will happenMyrah7 said:yes I wrote behind each pic the details......didn't wanna take any risk ....and i rather spend more time doin my application just so it was easier for the VO to understand every picture !!
