hi guys my wife gotta call today from delhi office, they asked her a few questions on where did we meet? have i visited her after getting married? then they also asked her about my brother and if hes married or not, asked about her previous marriage ? after the officer was done asking questions she asked my wife if she has any questions so she said when will i get my visa? lol, but anyways that officer said before the medical expires the visa should be granted.

so they are working and processing files, but at what pace is the question???

Thats great!
Hope the interview went well...and your wife gets the Visa soon :)
One more question hope its not too personal, but is this your second marriage?Just wanted to know the reason for the call.
Thanks

Ok thanks for your reply...
I know NDVO usually takes a phone interview to clear their doubts..

I want to request all forum members to be prepared for such a call and start revising the dates/answers too...This might sound stupid..but would not hurt to prepare :) :)
GOOD LUCK ALL!!!

Yes true!
But NDVO doesnot call every single applicant.
They donot call whose case is simple and straight forward like first marriage, marriage in same religion/cast
etc...thats what I have observed not sure though...
sometimes they would call if the proof submitted is insufficient inspite of a simple marriage

Hello there,
I have couple of doubts regd organizing my spousal VISA docs. I am planning to apply soon.

1. Are you guys arranging the application as per checklist order or separating according to Sponsor and Sponsored person's doc.

2. It says we have to provide 6 photos as per immigrations requirement, are you guys putting a date at the back of the photos or just the stamp from the photo lab.

Thanks for your help

1. Yes you must arrange them as per checklist and also separate them as sponsor/sponsored. ( Strongly suggest you to use the cover sheets/sticky notes to separate them if required)

2. No, Do not sign them at the back but make sure photo size is as defined in the document checklist.

hi i am a new member in this forum..

I need your help. My query is
my fiancé is in quebec. She is a quebec selected skilled worker. She got her PR 2months back and she is a Nepal citizen. We are in a relationship since 8 months and planning to get married. We did our graduation in india together and she was my classmate. We know each other since 8 yrs and my query is..
1. After marriage she will be spending a month here with me in india, during this time is it possible to file an application for the sponsorship evaluation to CIC from india before going back to canada ?.
2. Can I submit sponsorship evaluation form and applicant immigration form along with PCC and medicals to CIC before getting CSQ from MICC? ( so that I can save time in processing)
3 We are planning to submit sponsorship application by the end of October,But by the starting of December I will be travelling to south Africa for my employment purpose ( 1st travel). During this time where my application will be processed..? ( planning to work there for a year only) is it in south Africa or new delhi, india? I want it to be processed in india since delhi office takes just 8months, where south Africa takes 21 months.
4. Do I need to submit A-0527-A along with A-0546_GF to MICC?
Sorry for such a long query..Please help me
I appreciate gulzar's great reply ..
