Question

Is their new rule that for the Family/spouse applicants the visa office calls for the passport early rather than after processing got completed?

i had applied for my wife in April 18/2013 and got sponsership approved on May 18/2013 they had asked for passport on June 14/2013

Cudn't Get this? #confused.

I don't know what is your confused about bro. But this is what going on for all of us. They also requested my wife's passport 3 months now and I have no news from them. There is no news as to what is the new process that they have issued. Also, the time line was changed to 10 months almost 2 years ago.

Hey I am also facing the same problem today when I check ecas with my hubby's UCI, I am able to check but when I try to check it with my file number and UCI, I am not able to check it.

I tried a lot but I am getting that you have exceed the attempts...sometimes I get inactivity or you have entered wrong details

Guys don't panic this is an upgrade from the source. They are updating there site. Be patient they have the server to go down in order to update.


By the way is there anybody who live in India Hyderabad.

Yes all is well at my end hope all is well at your end too. I hope and pray that you get that PCC soon so that you can submit your passport at the earliest. Good luck with that !!!

Most of the applicants will not have re-medicals request... and I do not think they will send Passport Request after status changes to Decision made. But it may be a rare scenario which I am not aware of... Can you share your timelines with us..

Sorry, I didn't get you. You got interview which was positive interview??? Did you get a interview request and you went to Delhi to attend that interview??? or is it just a call over your phone?
Also, it will be appreciated if you can share your time lines with all of us here.

actually i am from Pakistan and my timeline is Jan 2011 and i got interview in march 2013 and interview went well and visa officer accepted my relation genuine and told me we will send re medical but i still did not get that so i sent it voluntarily on 11th june 2013

Ohh... you see, each Visa Office procedures are different.. they work in their own procedure... this forum is for New Delhi office applicants... so most of the people are aware of Delhi office procedure... so for you it will be better to update your query in below threads (CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012),
