Do you think it can be positive news in decision made as i already sent my re medical

actually i am from Pakistan and my timeline is Jan 2011 and i got interview in march 2013 and interview went well and visa officer accepted my relation genuine and told me we will send re medical but i still did not get that so i sent it voluntarily on 11th june 2013

i have sent medical voluntarily its more than week before and i got interview as well which was positive interview
