you can check either by UCI or immigration file number which starts with B or F and put accurate data as your DOB, country of residence, surname.

your facebook proof is not enough to satisfy CHC you better add other proof of relation like viber call and messages, greeting cards, skype, telephone bills, E-mails, chat, money transfer slips etc, CHC wanna see your on going relationship and you can print your chat conversation from facebook...

Congratzzz.. If you done E-medical then you do not need tracking numbers as they upload your result online so no tracking numbers and your next step will be PPR In Sha Allah soon.

you have to go back to your home country then submit your passport then you need to re enter in Canada, you can not re enter while living in Canada so you have to be out then enter again.
