yes it is the CONFIRMATION OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE..... ONE COPY FOR IMMIGRATION OFFICER OTHER IS MY COPY SIGNED BY IMMIGRATION OFFICER ... I RECEIVED THOSE PAPERS WITH MY VISA
