Dear why was your case so late processed, as you were an February 2012 applicant your PP was with them for 9 months in between your PPR did they requested for more documents.

Quick question...I got my marriage certificate earlier this week when I was still out in India and on it my name is spelled with my father's first name in between my first and last name.

On my passport and all documents I just have my first name and last name.

Do I need to change my marriage certificate?

Yes, I received it on Feb. 26th/2013. I am September 2012 applicant.

@addicted, first of all congrats for the positive approval on your interview . I was actually reading your post because your application filing date was same as my sister and she also had her interview like you had but on 22 jan . her medical and pcc was also expired at that time. Interview went really well and was done in just 10-15 minutes and visa officer told her that you are approved ad i would have gave u visa but ur med is expired. so she told my sis to wait outside. then after 5 min she gave her the request for partial meds that is chest xray and no pcc. now she got dm last week that is rite after 3 weeks of sending medicals and pp again. i hope that information might give u some relief. so send the meds and pcc asap.

Congrats for ur sister's DM . What did u mean by saying sending the medicals .. What did ur sister send ..

Because after my medicals I just sent them a mail informing them that I have done my medicals within the time frame given by them along with the acknowledgement received from the doctor .

Can u pls clear , coz I'm worried now .

yes ,Earlier was a problem but now you can check its working fine. Still the same aplication received hope to change "IN Process".

Was able to login and our application still says app received but I noticed the address changed from my lawyers to India address. Is this strange?

Hey.. I may be wrong but dont you have to send the original receipt... the green sheet that they give you? Atleast thats what I had to submit the first time round.. (not had to do my medicals again... thankfully...)

It was a blue sheet this time , since they have changed their system to e medicals now .. But that is just the acknowledgement they give u , with ur photograph n ur details on it right ... The doctor does not give anything more then that ....

I hope what I'm thinking n what I have mailed the CHC is enough n right ...

Well I had to post that in wiz my application when I submitted mine (I had done my meds before applying itself)
Just confirm wiz someone who has just re-done their meds if you have to send your blue sheet in... just to be sure...
