Since VO didnt ask you to wait for letter, i dont think he will be sending you one. You will need the letter only when the panel physician insists on it and i dont think they will do that. So just go ahead and do it with the same physician as last time and send all the requested stuff as soon as possible. All the best!

Thats alright, they dont send photos and letters back.
But did they send your original documents like Birth Certificate??

Hmm.. from what I am reading, I get to the point that everyone has his own case and own beliefs. So I will go with you and contact MP, no matter if it helps or not.. Movement chahiye.. ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

If I was in your place I would have done this.Forget about all the posts and msgs fro time being.

1.Start working on your PCC.It will take some time to get your new PCC and you can show and tell Police that previous PCC expired due to 1 year validity period set for the Immigration by Canada Government.

2. As you have already contacted the Clinic just go ahead and do the medicals.Take your previous medical copy, Interview letter/Email you attended and let the Doctor know you that ND Embassy requested for New Medicals.

I guess you remember or not when you submit your application for PR you wont have any letter.You do Medicals telling the clinic that you are doing for Spouse PR.DMP know that Medicals are valid for 1 yr.Do the Medicals take the copy and include a cover letter with UCI and File No and post them to the ND Embassy...I guess you should be fine and good to go....

Who said you need Request Letter..I guess as long as you pay the Fees Doctor should go ahead and do your Medicals..I am a Canadian and when I had to do the Medicals for my wife I took appointment and told the Doctor that my wife needs Medicals to be done for her spouse immigration.Thats is and I paid the fees and medicals done..They asked me for the Letter from the ND and I said I dont have and dont need it to do the Medicals...

You need a letter from ND Embassy if they want to do other tests that are not done in the Regular Medicals....

Just relax and do your medicals,pcc and send the package asap...

Thanks guys you are so kind and helpful.
This morning i went to apply for the pcc. Lets see how long it takes.
I dont have any copy of previous medical. I just have the payment receipt that we got from the clinic at the time of previous medical.
When i get these documents next day i ll mail them..who wants to wait after all.

o yes when i called the clinic i explained the lady that its my second medical as the previous one has expired and what do i need to bring with me? she said bring original pp,photocopy of pp,photos with white background and the form "appendix C" . Thats it..

Don't be confused , call the hospital where u have to get the medicals done n ask them what all u need to carry along with u on 11th march ... U will need ur photographs that I'm sure , rest ask them ..

In case they say that they need the letter then wait for it ...

Also very imp ,, In my letter they was a line where they said that "the Panel Physician is suppose to send this letter along with the medical reports "

The doctor scanned the letter I had , coz these days they r doing these e medical thing ,, it's online .

If u read curious post , she has also mentioned that they have just asked for the chest X-Ray ..

For me also they asked for only part of the medicals ..

Yes i was also wondering that why didnt he ask me to just chest x ray like they said to u and curious. But u know i couldnt ask him this thing at the time of interview becoz i was so excited to hear a "yes" from him. I couldnt think of anything else

THank you! DM was on 16th or 17th Feb. And we noticed the address change on same day. PP arrived on 26 Feb

Hi guys i just checked my email and i was taken by surprise that i have received a medical redo letter. Yesterday was my interview and today i got the redo letter. Thats really fast ;D
I have to redo full medical (lab tests + chest X ray)
Also in the letter its mentioned that i need to get my medical done from the cic list of panel physicians only but its not mentioned anywhere if i have to go to the same doctor. On the safer side i sent a case specific inquiry confirming this thing that if i can go to any of these mentioned physicians or to the same one that i went earlier. Lets see if they respond to the email soon. Other wise i already have an appointment with the same physician on march 11.
