Thanks for the reply a31. I forgot to tell u that my dad recieved a letter with that form even in that letter they did not mention anything about police records. It only says we need certified copy of your military service records along with the attached form and nothing about Police. Thats why...

hi a31 my dad also recieved this military detail form. but my question is this form is only for military service, not for police service or both. we only gave them military details but my dad worked in military and police so i dont know whether they were asking only about military or both.

They recieved the mail last week n the status changed to in process.

My dad received an email from CHC new delhi and they send them military details form to fill and to send them back within 30 days which they already did.So my concern is if they have already finish checking their backgrounds checks or not. Medicals expiring 1st week of January.Any advice plz.

Yes I think they will look at 2009 and 2010 income but u still have to maintain the LICO for 4 people every year untill ur parents are here in Canada.

That is indeed a good news. Everybody was looking for this and I hope now they do overtime to process the files waiting for them to work on.
