Hello Friends, I need information regarding new Forms to sponsor my spouse from New Delhi. Here is the List as much i can find out from the Internet
• IMM 5533E – Document Checklist (Sponsor)
• IMM 1344E – Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement & Undertaking
• IMM 0008E – Generic Application Form For Canada
• IMM 5562E – Supplementary Information of Travel
• IMM 5406E – Additional Family Information Form For Canada
• IMM 5532E – Relationship Information And Sponsorship Evaluation
Is there any other form to submit or these or the only one we have to submit.. Thanks in Advance..

I guess it is required if you select India under Country specific requirements.
Also, I have a question for same. Hope you guys can help as always
I am the sponsor, I have only traveled India and Canada, no other country. Do I need to mention these travel history ? Or Should I just select Did not travel ? Please advise.

Sponsor do not fill or send the form Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562]. It clearly says The principal applicant and all family members included in the application who are 18 years of age or older must complete this form.

When you open IMM 5562E
a) You This will be Principal Applicant...
b) Your Spouse or common-law partner - this will be the sponsor ? Correct me if I am wrong ?

You is the PA like you said.
Your spouse or common-law partner needs to be filled only in case it's another type of sponsorship (parent, brother, etc...). In these other types of sponsorship the PA would have to write about his spouse.

I am the sponsor and when we filled that form for my husband, we just wrote N/A for spouse.
