Hello Guys Looks Like 4131 will be back in the List. I am a prejuner but silent observer on this forum NDVO applied on 21st June and presently in process with date.

I am not online frequently.

The 2011-20 recent data shown in Graphs projects excess requirement for 4131. TRy checking for other NOC's like i checked for plumbers,doctors (presently in the29 list) picture is not rosy.

There is lot of good news from London VO including PAK applicants, many pre June applicants started getting medicals request from this week.

NDVO – ECU Please Please Please do send our medicals at the earliest.

Based on the High Commission of Canada in Singapore, it is determined that MI1 or Pre June 2010 will not get any medicals for all the regular applications and this applies to all VOs including NDVO.

As expected, we will not get any update for medicals or updated document request until end of July 2012.
In July 2012 new quota will be announced for new and old applications.
No guarantee for old applications, as there are responses to CSQ that final decision may or not occur in 2012.

Please don’t disappointed with various updates in the forum, I am still positive as usual.

Also earlier there was lot of duplication of work like issuing medicals and re-medicals or documents update so this time VOs are given strict instruction not hurry in issuing medicals or requesting any document or Visas.

In CIC website usually the Processing Times for Permanent Residence – Economic Classes will be updated every quarter but this time it is not updated yet. There must me some major changes going to come in for sure.

Last quarterly update: January 23, 2012 (last updated cases was between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011).

I think you are right. They will complete process all pre-june 2010 applications and remove all backlogs.
