Amen!
and and one thing i have noticed from NVO is that once they start processing the just rush to finish it fast.I have sent a document of my Baby and they do reviewed the the document on the third day and requested me to correct the photo size immediately and I did that.
I am sure your cases will be finalized with in few weeks one they start processing, nothing was special in my process.I wish all of you for the coming weeks will be your time for MR.
Any questions I am ready to answer.

Nothing on my side.

I had contacted Nairobi VO via the Case Specific Enquiry more than a month ago and I have yet to hear back from them, either the email went in to my Junk folder or they did not bother replying!

Incidentally I am around the 22 month processing mark as my E-CAS status says that they started processing my application at Nairobi VO on 24th September 2009 but with my NOC not in the past two lists (Accountant), I remain apprehensive that I will get my medicals request anytime soon.

Dear schmeichel

Have u got request submission of additional documents like police clearence certificate, proof of fund from NVO?
because it has expired more than one year.

thanks!

CACA,

Since they requested all the documents in 2009, I have not been contacted by them regarding any other documentation. I'm sure that they will request for updated proof of funds and police certificate at some stage. Otherwise, the waiting game goes on.

Dear Ntaye,

Nothing is new on my side. It is taking more than 4 months since I got PER with no further step. Hope Nairobi visa office would do something on my application very soon.

New processing times have been posted by CIC, check link below

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp

Interestingly, the processing times for Nairobi for applications received from November 2008 have dropped almost 40% from 21 months to 13 months! By that reckoning you would expect us all to have received medical requests by now. Any thoughts and comments would be appreciated!

Hello Every one;
Here comes a good news.13 Months is even faster than any visa office in the world(except few) i can say on average. But the point is,NVO is not behaving as it is stated here.I hope things will change coming months for sure.
Go Go Go..NVO still need some acceleration.

Hi every one,

I am Dassen from Mauritius. I am in the category 'between Nov 08 to June 2010'. I applied to CIC in May 2010 and received my first AOR in October 2010. I forwarded my complete application to Nairobi Visa Office in February 2011. My current status is 'Received by Visa Office', pending review.

It's good to see that application processing time for this category has improved to 13 months. Hope for fast changes in coming months.

Greetings from Mauritius! Keep updating!
Dassen.

Dear All,

Personally, I expect processing times to shorten even more than this in the year to come, as the intake of new applications is hugely reduced. But, my worry is our NVO is practically not taking applications at their hand as faster as assumed. Still, I believe the future holds to our benefit and soon we all would go 'in process' and ' MR bla bla bla '. Go go go Nairobi
