Hi,
My mother is 67 year old. I was planning to apply for her Super Visa but because of long processing time of Super Visa last year, I applied for her Visitors Visa in March 2022 as she wanted to attend a ceremony in Sep 2022 in Canada. Although she missed to attend the ceremony, she got her Visitors Visa in Oct, 2022. So far she has not entered Canada. Visa validity is around five years as per her passport expiration date. Now I am planning to apply for her super visa which was my initial plan and I have following related questions, if any one can answer:
1- Is it OK to apply for super visa while one already has Visitors Visa?
2- If yes, what is the best time to apply for Super Visa?
3- should she visit Canada first before I apply for her super visa?
4- Should she be outside Canada when I am applying for her Super Visa?
5- Can she face any issues at Canada border, if her Super Visa application is in process or rejected?
Thanks in advance,
