Hi all,
We received an email today (!!!) asking for an updated Schedule A. Specifically, we were asked to re-do questions 8 (personal history) & 12 (addresses).
For question 8, it was a matter of wording on the form. The form says to put work history for the last 10 years, or since the age of 18. We put for the last 10 years, turns out they want since the age of 18... sigh.
For question 12 I am a bit confused. In the letter they state that they want addresses since the age of 18. My husband has lived in the same house since he was 14, so we put the date that he moved there (1992, he was 14). So do they want me to change it to the year 1996 when he turned 18? This is what I am assuming, but I thought I'd double check that we should just change 1992 to 1996. The letter ominously says "This document has to be duly completed as you will not have another opportunity to do so." in bold and underlined font.
Also, anyone have any cheaper solutions for sending in 1 document? DHL wants $55 US
