We should also take into consideration that a potential reason for a delayed processing is if your application is non routine. Your application is considered "non routine" if IRCC needs you to submit extra documents, like fingerprints or residence documents or if you missed or failed a test.
Looking at the tracker, some people in April that had fingerprint requests have gotten their LPP and oath done within 4 months.
Fingers crossed to everyone waiting. Let's hope that the process is still going to be fast for us. Try not to worry much.

I would suggest call at 613 998 6362 & leave a voice note with your phone # . They will call you back within 4-5 days & will tell you about the status ( whether your result was sent to IRCC or not )
As my sitauation is similar to yours..I also submitted fingerprints to RCMP on Jun 8th and even though they mailed the result to IRCC Vancouver on Jun 14th but IRCC reached out to me on Jul 31st that finger prints were not received yet & they gave me a final notice to submit fingerprints.
