My only issue was that it was a bit difficult taking the picture and it wasn't very clear. Fingers crossed its fine.

I just took the test. 19/20. I'm just worried about my ID because I remember halft of my face was captured along with my ID, but my ID itself was inside the rectangle template. Will it be an issue?
If ur id is clearly visible there won't be any issue. Even if there is they will email you to get a copy of the id.
Congrats! I think many people have issues with that ID part. Mine was not crispy clear due to some lighting issues which was beyond my control. I'm not stressing about it.

My package got returned due to incomplete application for my minor dependent. Can I submit online now which 2 adults and 1 minor? If I have to re-submit paper application, can I resubmit the same application with additional documents or do I need to print all documents again and submit?

Resubmit with additional documents if you want to go the paper way.
Online is also allowed if you want to do.

I received an e-mail from IRCC on 1st of June 2023, to submit my Police Clearance Certificate from United Arab Emirates. The same was submitted on 5th of June 2023 to IRCC at ircc.clientinformation-informationsclient.ircc@cic.gc.ca.
My citizenship tracker as of 11th July 2023 shows "waiting on you" for additional information. Is this connected to background check and will be updated once its completed or should I raise a webfrom to check if the PCC was received?

It will keep showing waiting on you even after they have received the information they asked of you (police report). It's the same for me.
