I got the email 2 days before the test (so July 5) but the tracker showed my test window a full week before that, so a delay is normal. See if you get the email today, and if not just submit a webform. I saw someone else comment saying that you can take the test without the letter, but I don't know if that causes problems or not.

I think I will wait for few more days and then I will raise a web form

Nothing is wrong. IRCC's email system sucks and you are good to give the test within your test window if you haven't gotten the email
