I am actually out of the country in 3 weeks and will be overseas for 2 months.

I know my luck and I might get my oath thing while I am overseas. I do not think they will let me do it while overseas.

AOR: Sept 23, 2020
In-Process: Dec 8, 2020
BG Completed: Feb 11, 2021

Writ of Mandamus registered: July 13, 2022
Test Invite: July 20, 2022
Test Taken: July 24, 2022
Test changed to Completed: July 25, 2022
Invitation for interview received: July 29, 2022
Interview scheduled for: Aug 8, 2022

So far, things seems to have started getting traction. Fingers crossed it continues.

I have not heard any real evidence of people getting to do the oath overseas. But you might be prepared to come back in the event that you get that invite for a couple of nights. Lets see what happens. No news again from me today!

I am not in the US! But I am interested in understanding the process and its impact on people's right to mobility. I was on tenterhooks waiting for the test. Now I have been on tender hooks waiting for the oath since last October. I just think it is an obnoxious was to treat people. Can the system not pick up those of us left lingering for no real reason?
