I will probably send my application next week.

I still haven't made up my mind: CEC or PNP (I was nominated for BC PNP).
I am not sure which category will be processed faster.
I may apply for both but I have to pay double fees.

You can apply for both at the same time. Whichever goes through first (PPR) stick with it and withdraw the other one.

You can apply for both at the same time. I'm not sure about current PNP processing times, but CEC is definitely
picking up the pace lately, as CIC is getting ready for the next Express Entry system beginning of 2015.

Question for everybody:

Just checked the status of delivery for the documents that I sent with purolator yesterday and it says "Shipment delivered to XXX at: SHIP DOCK"

That sounds a bit strange to me. Does anybody else have the same delivery status?

Does it specify the address of delivery. "SHIP DOCK" usually means that destination address is not a personal address but unit of some organization/company which receives external mails. If it specifies the address of delivery (Sydney, NS), than there is nothing to worry about.

No address, this is all that it says:
"May 14, 2014 12:46 p.m. Sydney, NS Shipment delivered to COLIN MACDONALD at: SHIP DOCK

And the name of the person who received it:
"Delivered
Wednesday, May 14, 2014 12:46 p.m.

Strange that they did not specify a full address, but otherwise looks normal. Don't think you should worry. The chance that they delivered to a wrong location in Sydney, NS is really negligible.

I had sent something using purolator and when it was delivered I saw the delivery message on the same lines as yours. It just means your application has been delivered. All is well, calm down and now start waiting for your AOR
