When they say two self addressed labels...are we just sending the plain labels with printed address..not the envelope...right?

it is probably a very basic/simple question....but at this point everything seems like a dilemma.

PS: planning on sending the application on May 15 (5 days after official completion of 1 year); is there a source where i can get my application reviewed before i send it out.

Yes, labels only, not envelopes.

if you go to the post office, they will sell you the labels and also a nice envelope, which you can fill in there itself and give it to them to post. They say it only takes 3 days and you can track it. Cost only 19 dollars.

Ensure to put a date of AFTER 1 year completion in the date field next to signature.

I sent my application on the 6th. It as delivered on 08th and "MIKE" signed for it.

I forgot to include the self-addressed labels, hopefully they will not return the application just based on those as I have provided email and that is where they will send AOR.

Good luck to all of us. By the way, starting from 1st of this month, the CEC cap was reduced to 8,000 total completed applications (from 12,000 previously). However, I think May is too early for the cap to run out.

I have a question for the other people that have filled out the application (two before me). How come you have listed Sydney Nova Scotia as the visa office? I thought somewhere in the application guide it said NOT to use CIO as the visa office. I looked up the map on the site and came with Ottawa ( I think CPP-O or CPP-Ottawa). Is that what you guys put in your application as well?

I think that they meant that they sent paperwork to Nova Scotia, but the visa office responsible is CPP - Ottawa. Seniors, please correct me if I'm wrong: we should send our application to Nova Scotia but visa office that process it is in Ottawa?

Almost right. You send your application to the CIO in Sydney, but the processing office is
the CPC in Ottawa.

toby,

I noticed that the name has changed for CPP to CPC but the MAP that the showed me (to find the visa office) still showed CPP-O

Cheers

Not sure what map you're talking about, but yes, the name has changed to CPC-Ottawa.

In the sheet, Column "Expected AOR" it shows (62-Days).. but i guess its only 25 days and typo should be corrected?

Also when i update the sheet there was a formula to auto populate the Expected AOR date, but it seems except me its not populated for any one.. again should the formula extended to other rows as well?

Application sent...will be received by May 13, 2014..

I've a feeling I forgot to sign the fee payment form :(

Hi Toby,

Thank you for the link and the useful info.
I will probably send my application next week.

I still haven't made up my mind: CEC or PNP (I was nominated for BC PNP).
I am not sure which category will be processed faster.
I may apply for both but I have to pay double fees.
