One year later, amazing!!!

WOW, another year!
Just want to wish everyone a happy Canada Day, It has been an extraordinary journey and I trust all CEC 2013/ 2014 applicants are now Permanent Residence. For some, if will be their first since PR and for other including myself second, let’s celebrate but be mindful ultimately the goal is citizenship so stay current, research and understand Bill C-6 ( https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/2017/06/bill_c-6_receivesroyalassent0.html ), don’t delay and apply for citizenship when you are eligible.

Hello everyone..
I have very unique situation, and I need a solution to my problem, if anyone can suggest something..
I received my ITA on 5th April 3017 @ 434 CRS. I am married, but I am mentioning that my wife will not be coming with me to Canada.I did so because individually my score was higher @ 434 CRS. Together with my wife we have the score of 417 CRS.

I did not apply for PR with that ITA, and I created another profile (with GC key option) where are mentioned that my wife will be coming along with me to Canada. Here my CRS was 417. Luckily we got invitation on 18th May 2017 when draw cut off was 415 CRS. On 29th June, my application was declined because I had not provided Police Certificate of my wife before marriage. The PDF document says my application is incomplete because application package is missing document. All my fees was refunded. I just had uploaded her Police Certificate record after the marriage (and not from the 18th birthday).

However, my ITA which I received on 5th April @ 434 CRS still has 4 days left to upload the documents.

On the personal detail form, it asks "Have you applied for Permanent Residency before ", "Please provide the Application no."
Rejected Application on different profile @ 417 CRS was created after the Application with ITA on 5th April.
Is it acceptable for me to apply with the ITA I am still holding on to..
Please help...

It's official folks, I did my landing at Calgary international airport today. Straight forward and stress free process, took only 25min. All they requested was COPR and passport plus list of stuff I brought with me and other items to come.

Was told to go to service canada asap for sin#
