hi guys,
after all the waiting times,the frustration I experienced when almost of May applicants received their AOR and medical faster I seldom visit this forum. I was in limbo on what happens to my application since I can't access also in ecas , but now I'm so thankful to our creator.I recieved my medical and RPRF request yesterday June 11,2013.
Congratulation's to all MAY 2012 applicant's who landed already ..and for those who are waiting let us be patience,we're almost on the top of the ladder ...

This waiting is killing me. Its been 14 days now and I haven't recvd any communication the decision that was made.

Is it a good idea to send them mail to check if I missed any communication that was sent by me?

or this wait time is normal?

I know two or three people who waited 7 weeks after DM to get PPR. I think it's perfectly normal Order GCMS and contact your MP if you're really worried.

Go ahead and send them an email...wont harm. I had emailed them about the DM on my ecas on the 8th day..and got PPR the very next day.

Where are you from? Is it a visa exempt country? If you have competed medical you are like 99% accepted if it says dec. made.

My medicals completed on 30th April .. and were sent to CIC on 5th May.
RCMP requested for my Wife on 30th April -- was sent to CIC on 14th May.
"DM" status updated on ECAS on June7th ...

It can take weeks before you actually receive it... I really wouldn't be worried - it was only updated on June 7th... I'd relax at this point! Congrats.

Folks, its been more than a month(Jun 07) my ECAS updated as DM. Still I haven't received my PPR.
I have sent an email them and got a response that my file is in the queue to be finalized.

Not sure sending another e mail would annoy them!

Firstly congrats to Immigrant7 on receiving the PPR after a very long wait.

Secondly, as Yosemite mentioned, i also emailed CIC after i saw DM status on my ECAS. And literally 3 hours after that, i got the PPR. Guess CIC needs a little nudge every now and then.
