- LANDED..........

here it is...
a) Took the pedestrian walkway to US after paying 50 cents toll (for each person landing). Walked over to US immigration.
b) US officers asked for our passports and made us wait 5-10 mins and issued the administrative refusal letter for not having US visa addressed to CBSA. Passports were not stamped with any refusal stamp by US officers.
c) Walked back to Canadian side, took some pictures on the way back (niagara from rainbow bridge).
d) After entering CBSA building, we were asked the reason of us being there (we said landing). They issued us a yellow slip with "Immigration" mentioned and asked us to go to another building across the side walk to complete the formalities.
e) The officer in the other building took my driving license as address proof, passports, license, COPR & US Refusal letter. Nothing else. No proof of funds, no birth certificates / marriage certificates. Called us after 5 mins to sign the COPR, and the landing was done.
No idea about Quebec. They did ask me where I live (toronto that is) however. But nothing else. We were out in 10 mins flat.
