Anyone who received AOR were able to link the application on the PR tracker? I am having hard time linking it. Though I was able to link the application with GC key account. However, would like to check if any of you were able to link it on PR tracker successfully?

I am unable to create a tracker account as well. I think we'll have to receive the BIL to create one. I think the officer inputs into the system only after sending the BIL. Have you received BIL?

Might be the case yes!! I haven’t received it yet. Will try again after receiving the BIL.

I had assumed the same thing, but it appears that you can file an Outland application while residing in Canada. My immigration consultant informed me about it.

The catch is that the application will be processed in your country of citizenship, and if you are invited for an interview, you must travel to your country of origin. However, you are free to provide your biometrics and medical information anyplace you choose. An Outland application allows the PA to travel while the application is being processed - this is precisely why we selected this option.
That is good information. Thank you for explaining.
