CIC requested for Biodata form and RPRF fee.email on April 11th along with status update saying that security and criminality check ongoing.. No PPR request... Driving me crazy.. How long are they gonna take

I received the same email April 10, I have done my medicals too. I am also wondering how long it takes, are they just starting the security now when they request for RPRF fees?

Good news i got an email from CIC requesting to do my medicals yayyyy thank god!

Now I need some help with this so I fill out the form and I go to do my medicals. The doctor in that centre will then file the results on my behalf or i should do that? also when do you pay the other fees? do they request that later?

When did you receive your MR ?

Doctor will send the results directly to CIC by courier or via eMedicals. Once you clear the medicals, CIC will ask you to pay RPRF ...followed by PPR.

I received it yesterday. I will have to go over the list they send me and then book a medical apt with one of the doctors. So once I am done the medical examination, the clinic will send my results to immigration? I dont need to do anything on my end?

Right... you do not need to do any thing at your end. You may ask doctor's office for courier tracking number for tracking purpose once medicals are sent.

Firstly congratulations for receiving the MR. Wondering if you checked your Ecas status, is it updated yet to In-progress? Could you tell us when did it change to In-progress, if it did?

I finally became a landed immigrant. I did my flagpoling yesterday at the US and Canadian borders,the worst experience in my life ever but I got it done . Anybody knows when they normally send the PR card on the mail?

I have sent an email for asking about my medical results and I am waiting for the response now.

I got meds request April 8, I sent an email to them informing about my med result, they did not reply my email, but they sent me a Biodata and RPRF request 2 days later. It takes 3-4 weeks to get the status updated as "Medicals received". As per the latest trend in flow, No wonder even if you get your PPR email before you see the updated status in eCASE. eCASE is not up-to-date very promptly...
