If you're in Ontario, regional is fine as CIC is going to ship the passports from Ottawa. If I were you I'll still use national one.

No need to put "From Address"... CIC pastes their address when they return passports on the return envelope...that's what they did in my case.

I'm referring to CEC. This is a CEC forum. My answer is not applicable to PNP. I'm not the right person to comment on it..as I do not have experience with PNP.

CIC processes application based job (NOC) at the application submission date. If your salary changes or you change your job after submitting application, it doesn't matter. It will not have any impact on your PR decisioning. So relax & wait for PPR...in another couple of months you should...

Decision made status appeared on eCAS today. I've received PPR on Aug 9th and CPP Ottawa received passports on Aug 13th. Long journey...ending soon.
