Hi pmpm.....I am an Aug 2012 applicant.... I didn't had a birth certificate and used my high school certificate and attached an affidavit declaring that this is my original date of birth which is mentioned in every legal document and I am not asked for a birth certificate till date....hope you will be fine but confirm with others too......

i have done my medical in Jan,2013 and later on they asked me to send biodata form and pr fees.In January only they send me e mail to asked for finger prints for my daughter and husband in Jan18,2013(they are in india) they send everything to RCMP on Jan 25,2013.Even we have DHL tracking no with signatures in RCMP.Now i got a e-mail tthat this is final reminder to send finger prints again.Guys plz help me out what can i do?I am in too much stress.................

Hi,
If your family is in India, how did they do RCMP clearance in such a short time frame? Did you use fingerscan.ca? The reason I ask is because the documents you send may not be what CIC was expecting.

yes my family is in India.They just went to an authorized fingerprint agency and they mailed the fingerprints to RCMP dept in month of January with two envelops having address of immigration office acc to they mentioned in web site.Could you plz tell me is it the right process?

When you say authorized, will RCMP accept fingerprints from this particular agency? If the agency you used is not acceptable by RCMP that might be the reason they send you a reminder. Call CIC and inquire. If the agency you used is not authorized by RCMP, check with fingerprint.ca. They are accepted by RCMP and the whole process should not take more than a week.

I had payed the RRPF with my application itself, so they just need 2 pics, Biodata form and Passports in original.

I am planning to submit the documents tomorrow.

Congratulations funki. I am hoping to receive the passport request this time round. It is almost 2 months since I submitted my medical. Did you check you ecas, and did it change into decision is made? If not what is your current ecas status.

@ggalex: My ecas still shows In-Process, it has not changed to decision made yet. I think they will change it after receiving my passport.

Yes tricktt, it says "Medicals results have been received". I think it got updated sometime in March.

In India anybody knows about any fingerprints agency which has the digital version so that i can send my fingerprints elctronically. I just found ink and roll version only.Plz very important
