Congrsts traumasurgeon... you deserve it man!

I want to know one thing. What do they do for verification? I mean do they call to employer as well as contact to our university for verification? Also for every case or to those which they dough on? Because I have left my job..

Hello Kavya,
I think, verification of documents predominantly forms surity of their genuinness.Yes,if Vo has some doubt or need some additiiomal information,he/she may directly call the employer for getting the same so as to ensure that it is good enough to satisfy him/her.

Thanx and good luck,

Is it mandatory to enter canada for the family members other than the applicant to get the pr cards?

in order to get PR status everybody, who is in application has to enter Canada within 6 months after visa is granted.

Dear Friend,

It is mandatory for all family members to land in canada to get PR cards. All have to land before visa expiry to be able to get PR status. If not, their visa gets cancelled and they have to obtain the same again before landing.

No landing, No PR. I hope the above would clarify the matter.

Hi Chami,

I think visa validity is for 1 year, not 6 months. Correct me if I am wrong.

visa validity is based on the medical expiry date

normally it takes 3-6 months for getting visa after medicals and the CHC validate the visa accordingly
