It is mandatory for all family members to land in canada to get PR cards. All have to land before visa expiry to be able to get PR status. If not, their visa gets cancelled and they have to obtain the same again before landing.
No landing, No PR. I hope the above would clarify the matter.

in my case i got another reply after a year from the time i received my 2nd AOR. so its still case to case basisalizia said:??? 366 days gone after submission of full documents
