i was going thru visa office specific checklist. There in 7th column "Work Experience" For the principal applicant:

Do we have to send original experience/reference letter? or can i send notorized copy?

Please help.

My application was received at Buffalo on April 27th. I emailed them inquiring about the status and they responded back with my new file number. Many of our friends are sayting that the new file number is my second AOR. Can someone send a standard format of AOR from Buffalo. I have not revieved official AOR yet from Buffalo but new file number has all my information. Thanks all.

I didn't know you could just inquire about the status of your application, when did you write to Buffalo... I know they take forever to reply to emails... last time I wrote to them they said they cannot give any guidelines or assistance with regards to immigration etc...

Do you know what email address you wrote to... I sent my application to Buffalo and they received it April 28, 2010... (1 day after you) so maybe I can inquire too... what do you think? Will it slow down my process I know they don't like being bugged...

Thanks

Beckster

has anyone else inquired on their status at buffalo?

I think yes, I received my AOR from Buffalo nothing else just a new file number plus some stickers with file number printed on them. Plus normal text Mentioning that Buffalo office has received my documents.
