for cc, I just called my bank and ask if there was a trasanction/charge from Canada amounting to the dollar amount I was expecting.. Even if the transaction is not yet posted, the bank would able to tell all the attempts or successful transactions in my account..

CIO is deliberating delaying the process. They expect us to keep our fund in our account also held on to our money also tieing down our plans. So many of us have a lot of things tied up to this PR

I have just spoken to an Agent at the CiC call centre. He advised me that it is currently taking 10 weeks from the completeness check (the point at which they take your payment) and the full eligibility check (the point at which they send your email/AOR). In my case, as my payment was taken on 18 August then I should get my email/AOR on 27 October. He also said that there are currently no delays at the London VO and that post 26 June applicants will be processed quicker than us!

We will have to be very patient!

Guys, I think the wait is soon gonna end. I called CIC, THIS morning and the lady said that there is good news for the May applicants as presently they are processing 3rd May and she said I can expect an email in TEN business days. They received my application on 6th May and my CC was charged on 6th August. She also told me, in case I don't get an email in 10 business days, I should call them again. Fianlly the wait seems to be coming to an end. All the best to those waitng for their AORs.

I can only believe and be ecstatic if and only If i see at least one person get an AOR. So far nothing. If they have been working on May 3rd then at least one person should have gotten. In this month (september) no dd/cc, everything has come to a total stand still. Any got news update?
Why can't CIO keep us posted on what is causing the delay. Anyway we cannot question them cos they reserve the right to give or not to give the visas. Let to me i would not put unnecessary stress on myself but for the fact that i want to resume school next year in canada. Would have used a student vise but the cost for international students is on the high side.
Is it possible to get schorlarship in to canada using the SAT?

Guys i really needs answers cos i am really confused right now

wew!! now this is the thing i want to read. We are all hoping for that. GUYS REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN GET THE CHICKEN BY HATCHING THE EGG NOT BY SMASHING IT !!!!! I know that patience is a bitter but remember that their fruits is sweet. GOD BLESS all Applicants!!!!! MABUHAY!!! ;D ;D ;D

I just called up CIC Customer care, the agent replied me that they are still working on May3rd's application.....Dont know what to say but really dishearten revert...

I feel how they can tell you that they are working on May 3rd Applications, when they don't share the info with the people calling from outside without having any ref. no. Further if they have responded like that I feel lets see the results in next 10 working days. I feel they must be working on the new applications along with the pre june applications and now they have to handle the full documents which were processed by the VO in previous system of processing. This must be very hard for their staff as they were trained to look at only 4 documents in previous procedure
