Dear All

We are all getting impatient as its just human physiology and most of us belong to such NOC categories which are not there in the new system. There is no way that we can enter Canada if God is not willing( as we may be rejected by the VO), the rejection can happen at any time or one may not find Canadian business environment conducive for settlement. Pl all of us must be patient and accept the will of God-as best possible outcome.

Dear Friends,we should update the list based on the AOR and not on DD cashed or CC charged,because everyone is getting it charged but it does not mean that every one will get AOR.What do u think?

Lets wait first for the movement and when AORs actually starts to come in, then we can decide on that

Probably 99 percent of those who got CC/DD will get AOR!

Hi Tegnus,

I was just informed that my DD has been encashed last 24 August 2010. My application was received by CIC-NS last 25 May 2010. Please update the list.

congratulations mr. professor. may thread....here is an example why when you call NS they say they are stuck with may 3. but professor got his dd charged. my question is......how is that happening?

what is realy the reason?

Hi All,

A very strange news...either CIO is telling lies that they are processing 3rd May or they have changed some process....like previously when new FSW system introduced in Feb 2008, all prior applicants got stuck....similar situation is i think for all of us specially late April / May / June applicants who submitted their application before 26 June 2010. One of my friend applied under new rules (after 26 June). His application reached CIO on 27th August and his Credit Card Charged on 8th Septemebr (Total just 12 days

)

What does it mean? :-\ :-X :-[ ??? :

By the way, I have not received my first AOR yet. I just called up my local bank and was informed that my DD was debited by their correspondent bank in Canada.

Still waiting for the 1st AOR.....

why CIO is working on post-26june, while MAY/pre 26june havent got the 1st AOR????????????

I think it is because CIC reviewed first the completeness of submission vis-a-vis their checklist of documentary submissions. Once determined complete, CIC will debit CC/DD before processing documentation for onward transmittal to their computer system and VO. From accounts of seniors, usually there will be at least 2-3 weeks lag between CC/DD encashment and issuance of 1st AOR.

So we all just have to wait for that email for CIC.

CIO are taking so long they have to be fast if they really want to get immigrants. but I have now doubt they just keep hold our money and time. Its one kind of harrasment we have to wait without knoing result . if they are sure that we will get visa we can wait for our entire life................
