PA: Outland, no dependents
Application Submitted: March 8th 2024
AOR: June 14th 2024 (Received Email)
Biometrics Requested: June 24th 2024
Biometrics Submitted by Spouse Outland: June 27th 2024
Sponsor Approval Letter (SA): June 27th 2024 (Received email)
Medical Request: July 3rd 2024
Medical Exam Submitted by PA: July 5th 2024
Medicals Passed - Done!
Background check: Done!
Eligibility Check: In Progress

How long do I need to wait?? Has anybody got pass the Eligibility check following this timeline??

Hi folks,
My husband (Sponsor) did a mistake on the online portal and submitted application with wrong signature.
In the consent form at very end of application he wrote his name instead of mine.
So is there anything we can do like a webform to inform IRCC.

just got an update on eligibility and medical after 5 months of silence.
Application submitted - March 27
AOR - 9 April
BIO Matric fee request - 11 June
Medical request - November 7
Eligibility status has been updated to Completed - November 6
Medical pass - November 10

but no sponsorship approval. I wonder what will be next?

When you say Eligibility status are you referring to the sponsor's eligiblity or applicant's?

On the application tracker it says eligibility completed. I do not know if its a sponsorship approval or what.

The sponsor should have their own tracker account and the Applicant their own. If it's showing completed on the applicant's tracker then obviously it's completed for the applicant. Sponsorship approval status would show on the sponsor's account only, not the Applicant's. Do you have separate UCI accounts (as is the norm)?

1) Application submitted - 28 March 2024
2)AOR - 17 April 2024
3) Sponsor Eligibility letter - 29 May 2024
4) Biometrics request - 25 May 2024
5) Medical request letter - 14 June 2024
6) Biometric updated - 3 June 2024
7) Medical done - 28 July 2024
8) Medical Updated - 5 July 2024
9) Visa office Transfer Letter 9 Aug 2024

Tracker updated but in it relation to sponsor initially it was written as "SPOUSE" but they changed to "OTHER". It's been 45 days I wait if they fix it on their own. What should I do.
Also, sponsor eligibility letter came in May 29 but in tracker it has not been updated(Its in progress).


Scared to do webform, No one telling if webforms delay the process.
I had uploaded all correct papers n forms.

Please someone advise what to do?

it does not mention the visa office but I am assuming it will be Delhi. Sponsorship approval letter just says will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

I Submitted my file on 27 March 2024 and got bio matric fee request in June after that nothing. after long silence got next update on November 7 but No interview for us.
