This is not your acknowledgement of receipt (AOR)

An AOR confirms that we've started processing your application. Your'll get your AOR after we check that your submitted application is complete.

It doesn’t look normal. May be a small glitch. U can call IRCC or email your office. This is usually the email ID that sends you the test request.

I did not enter the periods spent outside Canada before becoming a PR.

i thought we need to fill in info only after entering Canada

It took me 4 months after Background completion to get Test Invite. I feel you should receive it this month.

1-2 months in most cases.
