So what did you do? I received the same. Last year me and my wife both submitted our returns separately (she came in Nov). What do I need to do and how?

I just said above that I'm getting the emails but the status on cic still just says submitted. And I'm asking whether anyone had this issue before or whether this means there's been a mistake on the papers/pics submitted with the passport

so did you figure it out? i just got that decision envelope has been dispatched from IRCC office, but no change in application, so looks to be similar case as yours :/

good question, i'd like to know that too. as for measurement was it the whole photo itself or face size that was the issue?

retake photo with proper measurements and send again, that's the only option you have, did they give what exactly was wrong?
