hello thanks for that info. But when was ur app submitted? We already did bio metrics. Medical, got AOR1 and aor2. When did u submit the procedural fairness documents. And have they mentions anything after u sent them?Seems enough to prove! We were same situation with you(we're both outside) and we sent below:
・the letter from parents-in-law(living in Canada) to IRCC officer. It says they can guarantee their place to live and how much pensions they get(just in case).
・Explanation letter. My husband(Canadian) has been outside of Canada for a long time so he wrote what he's planning after he moves back to Canada.(What kind of jobs he'll look for or start something like that)
・Bank account statement (Both of us) to prove we can make a living in Canada for while without income.
For now, IRCC doesn't require any additional documents and already received Sponsor approval.
I sent them with my application. We thought we needed to prove with them since we were going to move to Canada as we're between jobs.hello thanks for that info. But when was ur app submitted? eCAS Status Complete- You landed on April 15, 21 and became a PR - no email, no COPR - what next?? help please
Type of application- Family Class Spouse Outside Canada
Although filed initially outside Canada, I have been in Canada on an extended visitors visa with spouse due to Covid lock down. I did inform IRCC of this change in circumstances.
In March the status changed to Decision Made but I have never gotten an email or any communication on the decision.
In April- the status changed to Complete and says I entered Canada on 4/15/21 and became a permanent resident. I did not get any communication and I didn’t have any type of interview with the office they say I entered at.
I have not been successful in linking paper application to online account.
But - I was able to link the PR CARD to my online account just using my information and it confirms that a PR Card was received on 4/15/21 (matching the date on eCAS) but no processing status.
I see everyone has gotten a portal email or an electronic version of a COPR.
I have not gotten an approval email when the status was DM. I have not gotten an email when the file was completed and I have checked spam accounts for both sponsor and myself. We had gotten several communication via email from different visa offices during the process.
After seeing everyone getting some sort of email confirmation within days and also a COPR that asks for signature and picture to process their PR card - I am growing worried that mine may be lost in transmission.
Can anyone please help calm my nerves if they have a similar experience to mine and still got their COPR and PR Card in a different means?

Just wait on your email ur process is complete, posting it every thread here will not let ircc send u your email quicker.

I don't mean to insert myself in this discussion - but I understood @SHPAH 's situation to be different - a Canadian citizen living abroad (and in need of showing intent to return to Canada per the regs). It's possible I may have misunderstood - but I don't think it applies to your situation, as a citizen unambiguously can reside outside Canada throughout the process (but needs to demonstrate intent to return). Can you help me with your timeline and the travel duration please? I am planning to take a trip outside and this info will be a great help to decide. Thanks
Member of the Federal Parliament of Canada, sometimes they can help to get updates on an application if you haven't heard from IRCC in a long time.Who is an MP? I received Decision Made on Feb 24th. Still no update yet. I see others with Decision Made in March getting PPR.
