I don't think they send ppr via physical mail. Its email only.

would like to clarify on this too...so if the address when first applied is different from where the current address is - this is okay? So when first landing at the airport i can request to send the PR card to current address?

I think you should inform that IRCC via Webform before you land Canada. I landed BC to transit to Ontario, then the immigrant officer asked me where I'm gonna live and my situation of PR.

In GCkey my account went from Submitted to Application Changed, but when I looked in my account there were no changes from the last time (yesterday) that I viewed it. No change on the client app status either. Is this a ghost update? This is the second time this has happened, file has already been transferred to Ottawa in January and no movement since.
