Does IRCC still reply to the webforms?

When I sent message about updating my address via Web form, IRCC replied to me "We received your update of address~~~".
I sent the message twice and finally I got the reply after 2 month passed.

CIC finally updated my address, but didn't appear to change the mailing address as well. Got no email response from them though

Same thing happened to me! They updated only my address... I tried to update via ECAS a month ago, but nothing happened yet.

Applied in march 16 2020. hi there i got my decision made on 1st march 2021 on online tool application status check but today i open my gc key account under the final decision it say still in process. Anyone same boat as me. Please let me know!!!

A lot of us are in the same situation. Decision Made in online services tool and In progress in GC Key. Did you get a Pre Arrival services Letter? In my case I got Decision Made on Feb 24 and I am yet to receive PPR.

GCKey account will not show decision made. In fact, if you're past pre-arrival, expect no changes in gckey until the COPR/visa are issued.

I want to ask question is that my passport submission is accepted by visa facilitation services and but i don’t get payment link from them for courier service after two days.
Is anyone know how long it will take to send me payment link to meafter passport submission request?

My wife has come to india about month ago
Now we will be travelling together after my visa.The address she was living in canada is winnipeg, even in my file is also same address.but now when we travel together can we to alberta state in canada?
Is it necessary for me to go first in winnipeg?

theres 1 person on that april sheet who has their file in ottawa who got it yesterday (and for all april)... hardly a forget everyone else situation

I think there is no more system in ircc
In previous time they have a system of first in first out but now they are clearing files of those who applied recently
We should think about it and rise our voice

well your assuming that's the case

i'm all for complaining too, but the practical matter is absolutely nothing will be done. They are quite clear that they are working on most applications from june 2019 and cannot provide a timeline. If some people ahead of them then unfortunately thats just how it is
